- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
