Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan over the cauliflower and roast 5 more minutes.
  5. Drizzle with pesto before serving.
