Ingredients

- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup wild rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, sage, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cook wild rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.
- Serve meatballs over wild rice.
