Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until softened.

- Stir in bell pepper, tomatoes, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until sauce thickens.
