Instructions
- Wash and dry the spring mix salad.
- Arrange the salad in a large bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
