- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Place the banana slices in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Dot the banana slices with butter and sprinkle the sugar mixture on top.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until caramelized and bubbly.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
- Use a ripe but firm banana for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra richness, add a splash of rum before air frying.
