Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Heat water and butter in a small pot until boiling.
  4. Remove from heat, add flour mixture, and stir until smooth.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract.
  6. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  7. Pipe 3-inch strips onto parchment paper.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  9. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
  10. Toss warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
