Make quick and easy single-serving granola bars in your air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp dried fruit
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Shape into a bar on parchment paper.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 8 minutes.
- Let cool before eating.
Notes
- Use quick oats for a softer texture.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
