Ingredients

- 6 cups frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add frozen corn, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Top with crumbled bacon before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, mix in chopped green onions before serving.
- Can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if desired.
- Keep warm on low setting if serving later.
