Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork on all sides.
  2. Transfer pork to slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred pork with forks and serve.
