Ingredients

- 3 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork on all sides.
- Transfer pork to slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred pork with forks and serve.
