  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
  3. Place a ball on the hot skillet and smash flat with a spatula.

  6. Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds.
  7. Place smashed patties on tortillas.

  9. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard for sauce.
