- 8 small flour tortillas

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and roll into balls.
- Place a ball on the hot skillet and smash flat with a spatula.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds.
- Place smashed patties on tortillas.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard for sauce.
- Drizzle sauce over tacos and serve.
