Ingredients

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide ground beef into small portions and flatten into thin patties.
- Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to make the sauce.
- Assemble tacos with beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and sauce.
