Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp butter

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash them.
- Mix in green onions, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden.
- Use a spatula to gently smash each ball slightly.
- Serve hot.
