Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Scoop dough into muffin tin, pressing into cups.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Top with marshmallows and broil for 1-2 minutes until toasted.
  9. Cool before serving.
