Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

- Use room-temperature milk for even mixing.
- Let the cobbler cool slightly before serving.
