Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies made in an air fryer for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into small balls and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Notes
- Space cookie dough 1 inch apart for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
