Ingredients

– 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced

– 1/2 cup sourdough discard

– 1/2 cup rolled oats

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– 1/4 cup butter, softened


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Toss apples with cinnamon and place in a greased baking dish.

3. Mix discard, oats, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly.

4. Spread topping over apples.

5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

6. Let cool slightly before serving.

 

Notes
