Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Coat chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Check for doneness (internal temp should be 165°F/74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
