Crispy and flavorful air fryer chicken thighs with a soy-garlic glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and paprika.
- Coat chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check for doneness (internal temp should be 165°F/74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Pat chicken dry before marinating for crispier skin.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
