Description

Crispy and flavorful spiced chickpeas made in an air fryer. A perfect healthy snack or salad topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
  4. Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, remove the skins from the chickpeas.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
