Description
Crispy and flavorful spiced chickpeas made in an air fryer. A perfect healthy snack or salad topping.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, remove the skins from the chickpeas.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust spices to your preference.
