Description
A quick and easy air fryer cornbread with a spicy kick from jalapeños. Perfect as a side dish or snack.

- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Fold in diced jalapeños.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño amount to taste.
- Use a toothpick to check doneness.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
