- 2 cups rice
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in gochujang, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and sugar for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook chicken in air fryer for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve with rice and kimchi.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang amount for preferred spice level.
- Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Leftovers keep refrigerated for 3 days.
