Description

A flavorful and spicy Korean ramen dish with tender grilled beef and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 150g beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 egg (soft-boiled, optional)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar to the pan. Stir well.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion and a soft-boiled egg if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust gochujang for more or less spice.
  • Use any cut of beef you prefer.
  • Add vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrition.
