Ingredients

- 500g white fish fillets (cut into chunks)
- 1 liter fish or vegetable stock
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 red chili (sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
- Stir in ground cumin and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in fish or vegetable stock. Bring to a boil.
- Add fish chunks and sliced chili. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
