- 6 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Add tomato sauce, chili flakes, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the beef mixture.
- Layer noodles, beef mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust chili flakes to control spiciness.
- Vegetarian option: substitute beef with mushrooms or tofu.
