Ingredients

Instructions
- Toss cucumber slices with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse cucumbers under cold water and pat dry.
- Mix garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add cucumbers to the bowl and mix well.
