- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger in coffee for 2 seconds, then layer in a dish.
- Spread half the cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature mascarpone for smoother mixing.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Replace coffee with strawberry juice for a non-caffeinated version.
