- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Spread 2 tbsp Nutella in the center of each square, leaving a border.
- Top Nutella with sliced strawberries.
- Fold the pastry corners over the filling, pressing edges to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
