Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Boil sweet potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add Greek yogurt, butter, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Mash everything together until smooth.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, use a hand mixer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
