- 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wash and dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked potatoes with seasoned beef.

- Serve warm.
