  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil.
  4. Add taco seasoning and cook as directed.
  5. Mix cooked rice, beef, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl.
  6. Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
