- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large tortilla wrap
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Cut chicken into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm the tortilla wrap for 30 seconds in a microwave or pan.
- Spread mayonnaise on the tortilla.
- Add shredded lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots.
- Place the cooked teriyaki chicken on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
