Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate egg whites from yolks.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Mix yolks with cream cheese, salt, baking powder, and honey.
- Fold yolk mixture into egg whites gently.
- Scoop batter onto baking sheet in rounds.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly.
- Assemble sandwich with cheese and bacon.
