Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut corn into rib-like wedges by slicing each ear into 4-6 pieces.
- Toss corn ribs with olive oil, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with cilantro before serving.
