Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (6 oz)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a bowl.
  3. Coat the salmon fillet with half the marinade and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Toss mixed vegetables with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
