Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or silicone mold that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
- Check the bread at 20 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- You can replace walnuts with chocolate chips for a sweeter version.
