Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in walnuts if using.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or silicone mold that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
  • Check the bread at 20 minutes to avoid overcooking.
  • You can replace walnuts with chocolate chips for a sweeter version.
