Ingredients

- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss warm beignets in cinnamon sugar mixture.

- Use a spoon to drop dough for even-sized beignets.
- Check beignets halfway through cooking to avoid burning.
