Delicious vegan beignets made in an air fryer, coated with cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough into the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  7. Toss warm beignets in cinnamon sugar mixture.
