Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add mashed banana, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for better sweetness.
- Check doneness early to avoid overbaking.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
