Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add mashed banana, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
