Description
A refreshing and easy vegan mango sorbet made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place the diced mangoes in a blender.
- Add maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Transfer to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately or freeze for later.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for the best sweetness.
- Adjust maple syrup to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
