A quick and easy vegan pizza made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 vegan pizza crust
- 1/2 cup vegan pizza sauce
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread sauce evenly over crust.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese on top.
- Add bell peppers and mushrooms.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.

- Check crust doneness at 8 minutes.
