Crispy, tender baby back ribs cooked in an air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients

- 1 rack baby back ribs (about 2 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat ribs dry and remove membrane from the back.
- Rub ribs with olive oil.
- Mix smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub evenly on ribs.
- Place ribs in the air fryer basket, meat side down. Cook for 25 minutes.
- Flip ribs and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check for doneness. Ribs should be tender and caramelized.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on rib thickness.
- Use foil to prevent excess smoke if needed.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes after air frying.
