- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of batter and roll into balls.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place donut holes in the air fryer, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
