A quick and easy dessert made with mixed berries and a crispy topping, cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the berries with granulated sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the topping.
- Divide the berry mixture into small oven-safe ramekins or air fryer-safe dishes.
- Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the berries.
- Place the dishes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
