Easy and delicious air fryer blueberry muffins perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in blueberries gently.
  6. Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
  7. Place cups in air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
