Easy and delicious air fryer blueberry muffins perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
- Place cups in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Do not overmix the batter for fluffy muffins.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
