Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour into the pan. Scramble until fully cooked.
- Stir in cooked sausage or bacon and shredded cheese.
- Divide the mixture evenly onto the tortillas and roll into burritos.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
- Place burritos in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
