Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour into the pan. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Stir in cooked sausage or bacon and shredded cheese.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly onto the tortillas and roll into burritos.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
  7. Place burritos in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
  8. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
