Description

Crispy and spicy air fryer cauliflower buffalo bites. A perfect vegetarian snack or appetizer with a kick.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until fully coated.
  4. Place coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to crisp further.
  9. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

  • For extra crispiness, spray cauliflower lightly with oil before air frying.
