- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp diced jalapeño
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Fold in cheddar cheese and jalapeño.
- Scoop batter into greased mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust jalapeño quantity for preferred spice level.
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
