Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese and jalapeño.
  5. Scoop batter into greased mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
