- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and egg yolk.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into a cookie and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Do not overmix the dough to avoid a dense cookie.
- Check the cookie at 6 minutes to prevent burning.
- For a crispier cookie, cook for an extra minute.
