Ingredients

- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
- Toss almonds with melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Add the sugar mixture to the almonds and stir until coated.
- Spread almonds in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Let cool completely before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

- For extra crunch, roast almonds for 5 minutes before coating.
