Crispy and flavorful wings with a sweet and spicy mango habanero glaze, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 1–2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry and toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 12 minutes or until crispy.
- While wings cook, mix mango puree, minced habanero, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Toss the cooked wings in the mango habanero glaze and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust habanero quantity for desired spice level.
- Use fresh mango puree for the best flavor.
- Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
