Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 12 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry and toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 12 minutes or until crispy.
  5. While wings cook, mix mango puree, minced habanero, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Toss the cooked wings in the mango habanero glaze and serve immediately.
