Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the pork tenderloin evenly with the mixture.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
